Robbie Edwards

Robbie Edwards brings more than a decade of leadership experience in operations, product development, and customer success to Pearson Safety Solutions. As Director of Software Operations, he plays a key role in advancing PSS’s mission to streamline safety and compliance through technology. Robbie works cross-functionally to drive product alignment, improve process efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service.

Before joining PSS, Robbie served as Director of Customer Success and Operations, where he led multi-disciplinary teams and oversaw the delivery of training through a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). He also spearheaded the development of learning technology and risk management solutions, while guiding enterprise-level IT compliance and readiness initiatives.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, Robbie is an active community volunteer, contributing his time to several local non-profit organizations including Twisted Arts, the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, and the Art Directors Club of Tulsa.

An Oklahoma native, Robbie thrives at the intersection of systems and problem-solving. He is passionate about building tools and teams that help people work smarter and safer.
