Bart Justice

Bart Justice serves as Sales Manager at Pearson Safety Solutions, where he leads the sales and marketing team through a period of rapid growth, providing both strategic direction and tactical oversight. He combines a deep technical foundation with over two decades of experience helping organizations grow, scale, and strengthen their operations.

Before joining PSS, Bart spent over six years as a strategic growth specialist, partnering with small and mid-sized business leadership teams to drive sustainable expansion. His background in the safety industry includes serving as Sales Manager for the BREEZE modeling software line and IMESAFR explosive modeling software, as well as consulting in range, system, and explosive safety in various roles since 1998.

Bart holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Auburn University, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University, and what he affectionately calls “streetwise MBAs” from Babson College and the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program.

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Bart now lives just south of the city on a 15-acre farm with his wife, two sons, their dog Judah, and a lively collection of pigs and chickens.
