Webinar Host: With over 35 years of professional safety experience in the safety field and consulting business, Donna Pearson has achieved the highest level of certification in the safety industry as a board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a specialty in construction. Her background includes being an authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor for 10- and 30-hour classes, a certified NFPA 70E Instructor, MSHA Certified Instructor, and an authorized CPR/First Aid Train the Trainer instructor through Medic First Aid.
In 2005 she founded Pearson Safety Solutions, leading the company as it expanded to serve clients across the US and Canada. Following the company’s merger with Compliance Management in 2020, Donna took on the role of Corporate Safety Director/Partner, where she continues to pursue her passion for providing quality service to PSS clients.
Donna was a charter member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Safety Network and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals. Donna is a contributing author for the 2015 publication by the American Society of Safety Engineers entitled “Consultants Business Development Guide”. She has also had an article on “Safety Culture VS. Safety Program” published in numerous safety council magazines and other training literature. Donna continues to be a sought-after speaker each year at various safety conferences across the Southeast, sharing her years of experience with other aspiring safety professionals.
