Rachel Reynolds

Online Account Representative

After graduating with honors from the University of North Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English with a minor in Legal Studies, Rachel joined Pearson Safety Solutions in January 2019. Rachel is our Primary Client Liaison for all online accounts, handling all account implementations, custom content build-outs, and technical support. In addition, she assists our Customer Services Representative in guiding clients through the online training process.
