Did you know the general industry height that requires fall protection is 4 feet? And construction is 6 feet? However, that does not apply to everything such as scaffolds, ladders, and steel erection.

Falls are the leading cause of preventable death among construction workers in the United States. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics states that falls from height seriously injure 10,000 workers annually. In 2020, 351 people were killed due to catastrophic falls in construction.
